Happy Friday Everyone! A lot of brides and grooms have mentioned that they wish they had the time to take a photography class or learn more about it’s history. I had the pleasure of taking two very different history of photography classes: One in undergrad focused on photography pre 1960 and the other at ICP which featured photographers post 1960 & also included a lot of fascinating behind the scenes stories of their relationships and personalities which informed their creative process! So to wet your palette today I’m including a link to a very interesting show that opens today in New York featuring work from one of the best private collections in the world! …One of my favorite photographers is Eugène Atget who captured the unique alleyways & scenes of Paris before WWI!! {Every Friday I’ll be posting a photography show or highlighting a particular photographer to check out over weekend! }
